This workshop made me realize that we are all human being and we commit mistakes, however there is always a room to correct and resolve it and keep going on until we are able to reach the peak of success. I would suggest to BIHR and the Academy to keep doing this event for people in the sector to always refresh our minds, adjust to the global trends and perform our tasks with the proper behavior and mind set.
