Bob Urichuck (‘Boost Up Your Sales’) is a well-known author and internationally recognized in the areas of motivation, leadership, sales and team skills. Bob has pioneered the ‘12 Disciplines’ approach to personal leadership and the ‘ABC, 123 Sales Results System’. He is an accredited member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers and has trained people from Canada to Singapore, Dubai and Pakistan.

Keith Usher operates as an independent HR consultant in the Middle East and established Insight Learning Organisation in 2003 of which he is the Managing Director. Since then Keith has provided sales, recruitment and management development training solutions to a wide variety of businesses including Dubai Duty Free and Dubai Development and Investment Authority (DDIA).
