Bahrain Institute of Hospitality and Retail (BIHR) have entered into a partnership with the Australian Retailers Association (ARA) to deliver internationally recognized qualifications and locally relevant training programs to meet the needs of the fast growing retail industry. The Australian Retailers Association (ARA) is the peak national body for retailers in Australia. Representing the retail industries views to media and government, the Association provides services and support to retailers, including small to medium enterprises and large national chains. The ARA Retail Institute is the Training Institute of the Australian Retailers Association and provides excellence in retail consulting and education offering the latest in education, training, consulting and professional development for members and non-members of the Association on a broad range of topics, including: visual merchandising, store operations, marketing, management training, and customer service, selling skills, loss prevention and consumer issues.

The ARA Retail Institute is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and offers a range of retail specific accredited programs including Certificates I, II & III in Retail, Certificate IV in Retail Management and a Diploma of Retail Management.
